Published on Monday, 05 October 2009 Finally, you are done packing. But did you do it right? The right packing is very important when loading your things up unto a self-drive moving truck. But if you're sure you did the right packing, then it's time to load things up. Here's what you should do to rightly load thing up on a truck: · Load the heavy boxes first. It's best if you have boxes equal in size so you can create a wall against the parcel. This will be helpful also in protecting lighter things. · Lighter things like cuddly toys or cushions should be on top of the heavy boxes. · Load large items like sofas and fridge as early as possible. This way, you can save much time and energy for the next set of loading work. · Use space inside cabinets or wardrobes to store light items like pillows of beddings. · Dismantle the things that can be dismantled like tables. By doing this, you can save lots of space in the truck. · Make sure to pad sensitive items like mirrors, glasses, TVs, and computers. This will give extra protection for the things. Don't forge to take breaks in between loading. This is a good way to recharge for another loading job.
