Gather Enough Supplies for Packing
Packing has to start by looking for available packing materials in the market. Moving boxes should come in different sizes to accommodate all the items inside your house, big or small. While plastic tubs can be used for personal belongings, clean garbage bags can be used for non-breakable items. Packing tape must be durable enough in sealing the boxes securely. Bubble wraps and packing paper can be used to protect important household items, while a marker is needed to write appropriate tagging once packing is done. Above all, cleaning materials should also be available as there may be a need to wipe some items before packing.
Be Organized
Packing items per room is recommended. Creating an inventory list is essential to ensure that all important household items are packed. All heavy items should be packed first in the box to prevent possible breakage or damage. Over packing is a no-no, therefore it a must to ensure that you have enough packing boxes.
