So you need to change your address and leave your current house. Who will use your house? If you will plan to offer it for rent, it might be difficult for you to constantly go there and ask for the monthly payment.
Your best option is to sell your home. But how will you do that if you also need to move? Here are some tips on selling your home before your moving date:
· The moment you've finally decided to move, better start processing your house for sale. The earlier you put it for sale, the easier will be the selling process.
· Make sure that you allot enough time looking for a new place. Consider that your house might be sold within the first month after you have posted it as for sale.
· Price the house competitively. There will still be negotiations but if your house is sold competitively, it will attract more potential buyers. But always consider that the buyer will ask for a lower price. Make sure that your price can adjust to that.
· Be enthusiastic to sell your house. Think about all the positive things that your house has and highlight those when selling your house. Your enthusiasm will surely be contagious enough to convince the potential buyer to actually buy the house.
Always be fair-this is perhaps the most basic principle you should have when selling. If you're fair to yourself and the potential buyer, you will surely get the best deal.
