Tips of How to Make an Organized Move

Published on Saturday, 27 March 2010 The trick to easy unpacking is organized packing. If you pack properly and in a systematic manner you will surely find any item very easily. Even if you are not able to unpack for several weeks you will be able to find things as you need them. To begin with you need to pack sufficient and proper packing materials. For one, you need sturdy boxes of various sizes depending on your things. You would also need packing tapes, bubble wrap and packing paper. You need clean sheets of paper and markers for making labels too. Then most importantly, you need a notebook where you can list down the inventory of your things. To make your inventory orderly, divide your notebook into the number of rooms you have in your new home. Allocate a number of sheets and label the first page with a tab. List down the things according to rooms. And in the same room, list down according to the box number as well. Make your list as detailed as possible so that finding items can be easier. The other side of this is labeling the boxes. Label the boxes according to room and box number. For instance, you can label the first box for the living room L-1 and so on. By doing so, you will be able to match your inventory with the box label and find what you're looking for conveniently.
