They were outside the building early and carried the furniture down four floors via a narrow staircase with good humor. 12 October 2010 - The two removals guys, John and Victor, were absolutely brilliant and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and accommodating team to assist on what was not a particularly straightforward move. They disassembled some of the furniture and put it all back together again before leaving, something which I don't believe is offered by all removal companies. They both worked extremely hard and really helped make this a stress free move and I would thoroughly recommend your Company again. My only slight concern, and please, it is not a reflection on either John or Victor, is the communication could be slightly difficult on occasions with the language barrier. Perhaps HandyMoves could consider sponsoring your employees to attend a short English speaking language course. Other than that, I cannot fault John and Victor is any way, they were absolutely excellent and I would certainly recommend your Company to friends and family.

18 July 2010 - I have moved 7 times in 5 years and was so tired of doing things myself that I decided to use a moving company. I was worried it would be expensive and a huge hassel, but it wasn't. Nathan took all my information when I first called and I could tell from the start he knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions on the phone and later by email. The movers were right on time and all I had to do was tell them what I wanted packed. Within an hour they had an entire one bed flat packed and within another thirty minutes it was on the van. The movers (Alexander and I forgot the other guy's name) were so fast. Everything was packed professionally, especially the fragile stuff. They had all my things moved into the new place and unpacked within another hour and a half. Within 3 hours I was completely moved! It was worth every penny not have to worry about a thing and it was more than fairly priced. I would definitely use this company again and would definitely request Alexander and the other team member.

Your sales person Nathan was great and followed up all my queries promptly and politely.. The prices were very competitive and and everything was confirmed the day via telephone. The guys rocked up at exactly 9.30 am as discussed and worked brilliantly together. Ross and Craig were hard working, quick and both charming. We had a problem with the size of our sofa and the guys could not get it through the doorways. Not to worry, they quickly had a plan and the sofa went out the window.. This made me nervous initially, but in the end it was executed swiftly and safely.. The unpacking was also very quick and the boys helped us set up the bed and put boxes in our cellar. I would definitely use your company again and will also recommend you to our friends.

The crew did manage to put all our items in the van in one go, which was amazing, considering we had lots of boxes and bags plus big and heavy pieces of furniture. I was very pleased with the way the van was loaded and unloaded. It was done in an efficient manner. The crew was also very helpful when we got to our destination and they placed the items in the desired rooms. I've used Handy Moves 3 times already.

Very impressed, I wanted a smooth hassle free move from a storage unit, you guys are slightly more expensive than hiring your local man and van but worth the money as it was smooth and hassle free. Your crew were brilliant. They arrived on time, completed the loading in record time; all without marking, dropping or causing any damage to our property. On arrival at our new house, the guys were very professional, extremely polite, helpful and generally did a great job. I’d have no problem recommending you guys anytime.
We ended up with 18m3 of stuff, filling your luton van completely, which the guys loaded in less than an hour, and unloaded in about 45 minutes. It was incredible. From my first enquiry to paying my final bill everyone has been very prompt, professional, and helpful. I always received confirmation statements via email which was very reassuring.

I want to let you know what a fantastic job your staff produced yesterday when moving my furniture from one apartment in Brentwood to my new apartment in Stratford. Both guys were friendly and helpful. I would recommend your company to anyone I work with who requires a professional moving service.
I have one negative feedback that I would like to raise. Your team did not get to my apartment in Brentwood until 12.05pm, I booked for 11am. I was called by one of the guys around 10.30am notifying me they would be late. Although not best pleased I was happy they had contacted me about the delay and did anticipate this after going through the contract you sent via email days before.
With all this in mind both guys did a great job and I will recommend again to my colleagues

They managed somehow – I never managed to find out if they had to buy some tags or not, but if so, please let me know what they spent and I will pay you back.

The service provided not only by you and Rob in the office but that of Lee and Scott on Thursday was first Class. The boys did not stop all day, apart from a quick sandwich break in the morning which was well deserved. I have a tendency to dither and not know what to do but the boys just cracked on and we got the move done in great time.

Also just wanted to give you some feedback.
Of the 4 companies that we selected to come in and provide a quote only your company and one other came in on the day and time to provide the quote. All of the other three companies are BAR approved.
Our decision came down to a few facts:
• Your company turned up at the agreed time and date to do the quote.
• Your representatives phoned in advance to confirm they were on their way.
• Your company provides more information on your web site.
• You contacted us to confirm the quotation within in an hour of the quote being completed as advised by your representatives.
• Your quote was competitive and was aligned to what you advertise on your web site costings.
We look forward and have confidence based on our experience so far that our move will go smoothly and on time.
Great customer service is hard to come by in the UK and I commend your company on delivering where other have not.

08 November 2007 - Movers arrived on time and fully prepared. The packing was secure and efficient. Both movers were personable and amiable to direction. Loading was quicker than expected given there were quite a few stairs to negotiate. Because we live on a high street they had to park 50m from the flat but they did not let this slow them down. We did not request the unpacking service but both movers kindly put the boxes in the appropriate rooms based on the the labelling they had done earlier.
